He loves to break rules, and he always create multiple account. and I think He might create new account for ban evade too. but luckily, admins do nothing with multiple accounts user.

I have tons of his accounts on /friendlist This proves that he used to create multiple accounts a lot.

He is not reliable, he broke his promise that he will not create new (more) accounts anymore.
