Hello, why don't you try 0.3.7 - R2 Sa-mp client version ? As I use it and I don't find any problems, and if the problem still occurs then you shall have to reinstall your game, as it can be a possibility that your game hasn't been installed properly or some files are missing in your GTA San Andreas' directory.

bro let me tell you something i was playing normal and then it freezing my gameplay so i decide to unistall samp and install again so it crashing so i couldn't even join server
