Uh, yeah? You get cheating kicks only when you're cheating or lagging (This case most likely lagging). You lagging has nothing to do with the server, it's with your bad connection, so nah, you won't get refunded, pal.

how can you cheat on poker kid? i was not lagging i just started poker and waiting some1 to join when 30 sec left i got kicked when i was alone

Ye ye ye, gets 5 min kicked and isn't lagging. Seems legit! Watch some admin come and reveal your 15% packetloss
