First Of All Greatings To All Of You I Am From Pakistan And I Play Daily 5 to 6 Hours on The Server 2 But From 2 Days The Server is Lagging My internet Is giving the normal speed but seems like the fault is in the server I request admins to fix this issue as soon as possible

Hello HoLyMeN Am from Pakistan too and am having the same issue. i.e having high /pl and lag even with a stable connection. I asked other Pakistani players who are having 5-10+ /pl even with 120 ping. I hav least 150 ping and max 220, and an having this issue too. Point is admins on this server can't fix this because this is overall samp servers issue not only WTLS. This has happened before too. So I will suggest you to be patient untill it gets fixed. Hope you understood the things :)

Hello, Similarly I had the same problem but after I talked about my problem with my ISP they fixed it, I don't know how but you guys should try contacting your ISP if other solution isn't working. Admins might solve it from their side, it's different but also contact your ISP. They might have major solution to your problem.
