Add new mission to vip that its for 30min and Vip and his bodygurds get 400k for 30min . a player who kill vip get 200k.

-As soon as someone enters Pay&Spray, the stars should be gone, because sometimes the P&S door animation ends and you could be arrested even if the animation ended, or just improve the sync between the P&S door and the stars loss.
