If you are banned on S2 you are banned on S3 as well. By the way, I don't see you banned neither on S3 nor on S2.

Other accounts? Did you know that you are allowed to have only one account and having multi accounts is forbidden?

To be honest I didn't see a player that was muted for trying to use this disabled command. Since the player has been already warned, there is nothing to discuss. Next time he will be muted. Only higher ranked staff members decide whether the player fits to moderator position or not.

You have been warned before the server restarts by a moderator, also you saw the warnings in chat. Refund is only possible if it's server sided fault.
