That's not how things work here mate, you break the rules you get punished ! You won't get unbanned just by begging for that. Anyways you can get the unban through The Game Shop.

Add a way to disable recieving notifications of the pictures that we commented, that's very annoying..

Sadly you won't be able to do that, you're algerian and Algeria has been banned from S1 such as many other problematic countries (Many cheaters..etc)

As ViFlukey said, it's impossible to get a yacht in the SA-MP 0.3.7 servers cause they don't support custome modules, however you can get a Tropic, a little boat that looks like a Yacht !
