Did you contact your internet provider? Seems like that’s the only option you haven’t tried yet.

It’s pretty simple, your distance between server host is far away thats why you may face high ping problem. About server or SA-MP client, no there isn’t any issue as far as I know.

Do you have any video clip before you got banned? Or at the time you got kicked from the server?

High Ping can be caused by the distance you with the server host have. About server host, no it doesn’t have any problem.

I would suggest FRAPS to you. Easy and simple to install and also use. It doesn't take much fps while recording and you can also record to a decent 720p60fps without any problem.

Hi. Thanks for the report but next time report it on the right section. Android Version of SA-MP is full of bugs and advantages which we don’t recommend to play with.

The only solution for this can be by re-installing your Game with a clean version of it. It was probably caused by some Graphic Mods or any FPS Boosters for a low texture that may be downloaded.
