Combine all the 4 servers of wtls. UIF Will become nothing.

Not use of high players number when server is unplayable cuz of lags.. Lag comes heavy after 250-300 players. Forget even cooking meth with that much players and lags. So sad, so big problem.It was not me, it was 90% players crying about lag.
