Just get a clean infernus file, and replace it with your current. Nothing difficult, nice mod

Chipsy, it's not a problem, I'm just saying I cannot uninstall it.
Mainly because I have backups of my GTA and inside of the backups is the modded elegy/infernus.

You can uninstall. Use Revo Uninstaller and delete whole GTA and then install again.
