Many underlying processes, such as collision detection and network processing, run at different or inconsistent frequencies or in different physical components of a computer. FPS affect the experience in two ways: low FPS does not give the illusion of motion effectively and affects the user's capacity to interact with the game, while FPS that vary substantially from one second to the next depending on computational load produce uneven, “choppy” movement or animation. Many games lock their frame rate at lower but more sustainable levels to give consistently smooth motion. -EffectsPC.txd- Download the file Here Go and copy file then paste it in GTASA:Models, then go to GTA.. and play, you will find Stuntplane's smoke, vehicle's smoke and rocket's smoke of hydra. -tree_hipoly19- The second thing is a tree.. but very lagging tree. it is an object called " tree_hipoly19 " Download the fileHere Download the program that allows you to open .img files:Here -FPS limit adjuster- The third thing is called FPS Limit Adjuster. PS: don't have download link atm. Don't worry, it has an auto-backup button assigned to the program, so if you don't like it or it doesn't give you much better performance, you may remove it anytime you'd like, locate your dictionary and click replace files. -Effects.fxp + Particle.txd- Sixth thing removes your clouds and dust, and gives your game better performance to work with. Make backup's, download files Here The are both located in your models folder, if you make backups you can replace back anytime you'd like. -Stream memory fix- Seventh file is called stream memory fix, some times your game object's don't load, and that might cause lag and your fps to get low, download this. Solution for high ping, Make sure there aren't many programs open that use the internet (Have you installed anything recently that might have caused this problem? Remember that ping isn't only network, and can be increased by the fact that the game isn't running at full capacity. Try this, press on: Start > Run > cmd Write in: ping "YourLocalHostIP" -t (make sure you don't use the "") >-- If your ping (in ms) is high, then you should contact your ISP (internet service provider). Also,Try using Game Booster: Here Try this: -Alt-Ctrl-Delete - Start Task Manager - Click the 'Processes' tab - Right-click on 'gta_sa.exe' - Set priority>high if the problem continues then try running a Disk Cleanup. Sometimes the lag/ping may increase because of a increase in Internet use like.. PS4's, Xbox's, etc .. Try searching up on youtube as well I've seen some helpful solutions on youtube based on GTA: SA issues, or maybe the issue might just be too many mods? Solution for game freezing, Reinstall the game and delete the gta_sa.set file from the User Files folder. If that doesn't help, run the game in Windows 98 compatibility mode: Right-click on gta_sa.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Select Win 98 from the drop down menu. Also, download a program called SuperF4. If you have it installed, once the freezing happens again, all you have to do is press Ctrl+Alt+F4 to end the process without bringing up Task Manager, so you won't need to hard reset the computer ever again. Be careful though, don't press the key combination when there's no fullscreen application running. That will end the explorer.exe process. Another solution is that you may try to play with resolution settings, for example you should try to put the resolution in x32 Also try to Fix it by going into Computer > Users > -Insert> Username Here- > AppData > Local > VirtualStore > Program files > Rockstar Games > GTA San Andreas. And then delete the SA-MP folder there, and try to re-installing it again. Also, It could be your videocard overheating or some other hardware issue. Stay tuned for more!

Solution for "Single Player Loads instead of SA:MP", Single player can load for 2 reasons: You have installed SA:MP to the wrong folder or you have the wrong version of San Andreas. If you have the wrong version it's easy to fix. Sometimes the single-player menu will be shown, but SA:MP will have in fact loaded properly. To fix this you simply need to select an item on the menu then press esc until you're out of it, then SA:MP will proceed to load. YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO SEE THE SINGLE PLAYER OPTIONS (NEW GAME, LOAD GAME, ETC) - SA:MP SHOULD LOAD BY ITSELF AND NOT PRESENT THESE OPTIONS. IF YOU SEE "NEW GAME" SINGLE PLAYER HAS LOADED, NOT SAN ANDREAS MULTIPLAYER.

Solution for crash problem in windows10 Windows 10 has a lot of problems with games/applications, you won't just face SA: MP problem, be sure in that. I highly recommend going back to Windows 7/8 (I don't know which Windows was your previous O.S). In personal experience I've faced system problems too, missing icons, missing start menu, buggy system, often crashes. I have installed Windows 10 trial in July(I think) when it was officially declared a trial version by Microsoft. After few months I have decided to go back, I thought that it's a problem to me, maybe invalid O.S install, After second install I had problems with games only, I have fixed them at everything worked totally fine but the resolution was the thing that made me go back. 1. Try installing junk cleaner (Tuneup Untiles 2014) 2. Remove all GTA: SA files from your computer (Local, root, Documents, Registry) 3. Reinstall SA: MP 4. Move GTA: SA root to a new directory. 5.Try to change compatibility settings of both gta_sa.exe and samp.exe to Windows ME, and run them both as administrator. By the way, if your Windows 10 crashes due to a crashed gta_sa.exe, do this: Press Win+R. Type "cmd" without the quotes and press ENTER. Type "taskkill /IM gta_sa.exe /F" without the quotes and press ENTER. gta_sa will be forced to shutdown (just like killing the process in the task manager). I'd recommend you more things but since this is a crash, not gtasa.exe has failed to start/stopped working I can't do much. Highly recommended going back to your previous Windows. Report crash must be something like that: Also check old posts may it help you. Stay tuned :P

Solution for fps drop when using bandicam Bandicam has less lag than any other capture programs. However, the operation of Bandicam is closely related to the performance of a system. The recording of streaming video requires a lot of system resources (CPU, GPU, RAM and the like). - Important factors for recording: GPU, CPU > RAM > SSD, HDD (SSD or HDD may not affect the recording performance unless you use the YV12 or RBG24 codec because they create much larger files.) If the performance of the computer is not good enough, the computer will slow down or there will be a skipping phenomenon. How to reduce lagging To reduce lag while recording, reduce the video resolution of the recording target, reduce the video size, FPS, video quality and try the hardware-accelerated H.264 encoder of Bandicam. 1. Reduce the video resolution of the recording target If your game has an option to change the video/display settings, reduce the video resolution and play in windowed mode instead of full screen. It will increase the FPS and reduce the lag. 2. Change the Bandicam settings Reduce the Video Size from "Full Size" to "Half Size" If the current Size value, which is "Full Size" as shown above, is changed to "Half Size" in the options of the 'Settings' section under the 'Video' tab, it would degrade the quality of the video but help prevent the computer from slowing down. Reduce the FPS from "30" to "15" If the current FPS value, which is "30.000" as shown above, is changed to "15.000", it would record the video at 15 frames per second, and help mitigate the slowing down of the computer system. Reduce the Video Quality from "80" to "50" If the current Quality value, which is "80" as shown above, is changed to '50', the quality of the video will be lowered, but help mitigate the slowing down of the computer system. Try the "Motion JPEG" and "PCM" codecs If the current Codec value, which is "MPEG-1 and MPEG-1 L2" as shown above, is changed to 'Motion JPEG and PCM', the size of the video will be increased, but help mitigate the slowing down of the computer system. 4. If you use an NVIDIA graphics card, select "Prefer maximum performance" 1) If you use the 'Game Recording Mode', set the game to maximum performance at the NVIDIA Control Panel. 2) If you use the 'Screen Recording Mode' or 'Device Recording Mode', set Bandicam to maximum performance. (NVIDIA Control Panel -> Manage 3D settings -> Program Settings -> Add 'the game or Bandicam' -> select "Prefer maximum performance" at the Power management mode.) 5. Plug your graphics card into the primary slot on the motherboard - If you put your graphics card into the secondary slot, please plug your graphics card into the primary graphics card slot. 6. Change the Target of Bandicam If you use 'Game Recording' mode, try 'Screen Recording' mode. If you use 'Screen Recording' mode, try 'Game Recording' mode. 7. Disable the Secondary Sound Device If you use the "Two Sound Mixing" option with USB headset, disable the "Two Sound Mixing" option of Bandicam. Without the "Secondary Sound Device", Bandicam can still record your microphone with "Stereo Mix" or "Volume Mixer (WASAPI)" of Windows. »FAQ: 2.2 Record your voice without the "Two Sound Mixing" option 8. Upgrade your Windows, graphics card, CPU and RAM - If you have upgraded your OS to Windows 8 or Windows 10, you can reduce lag by using the enhanced capture method in the 'Screen Recording Mode' of Bandicam. - If you still have the problem, you may upgrade your graphics card, CPU, and RAM to increase the performance of your computer. Solution for fps drop when using fraps With Fraps, capturing exciting or impressive game play has never been easier. Since Fraps records a direct feed of your video game, the overall quality will look near identical to how it looked while playing. Unfortunately, improperly configuring Fraps or your game can bring your frame rate down to a crawl. Use Fraps without the loss of your frame rate by adjusting the recording rate and resolution in the Fraps recording settings. VIDEO OF THE DAY Step 1 Click "Start." Type "Fraps" in the "Search Programs and Files" field and press "Enter." Step 2 Click "Yes" on the User Account Control screen. This opens the Fraps General dialog. Click the "Movies" button at the top to display the video recording settings. Step 3 Click the radio button next to the rate at which you want to record. The available options are "60 fps," "50 fps," "30 fps" and "Custom." The higher the recording frame rate, the more strain you will put on your system. It is important to note that the frame rate in your game will be capped to this setting. Generally, the "30 fps" option will ensure you are able to maintain a consistent frame rate while recording. Step 4 Click to deselect the "Lock Frame rate While Recording" check box. Contrary to what the name of this setting implies, this does not lock the frame rate to the actual recording rate specified. This setting locks your frame rate to the actual rate of received frames. For example, if you have your game set to record at 30 fps and during a system intensive moment Fraps only receives 15 of those 30 frames, your frame rate within the game would drop to 15 fps. Users on low-end systems looking to increase or maintain performance should not use this setting. Step 5 Locate the "Full-size" and "Half-size" settings within the Video Capture Settings area. These are arguably the most important recording-related settings on the Fraps interface. The setting you choose here will be dependent upon the resolution you use in-game and the recording resolution you prefer. Choosing the "Full-Size" option will output a video with the same resolution as your game, and selecting the "Half-Size" option will cut the resolution down by half. For example, if you want to record a 480p video, you could set the resolution in your game to 640 x 480 and set Fraps to "Full-size." Alternatively, you could use a game setting such as 1280 x 1024 and set Fraps to "Half-size" for similar quality and performance. Using either option properly will allow you to record without suffering frame rate loss. Step 6 Locate "Sound Capture Settings" on the right side of the screen. Get a quick boost in performance by deselecting the "Record Win7 Sound" check box. This will prevent Fraps from recording any of the game's audio, which is also useful if you intend to edit over the sound with your own effects, voice or music. Step 7 Find the "Folder to Save Movies in" field box at the top. This controls the directory containing the Fraps recording. You can often get a huge boost in recording performance by moving this directory to a separate drive on your computer. If you only have one hard drive, you could also move this directory to a fast USB flash drive. Moving to a separate drive will improve overall disk performance, which will help to maintain the frame rate. Click the "Change" button and select the new directory on the Browse for Folder dialog. Click the "OK" button to apply. Step 8 Minimize the Fraps interface and launch your game. Go into the game's options menu and make any changes to your resolution or graphics settings. Generally, lowering the graphics options slightly will allow you to increase or maintain performance while recording without adversely affecting the visual quality of your recording. When ready, press the "F9" key to begin capturing your game play. A good place to start is the 15 - 20 range. A CRF of 0 enables lossless recording which will have very high file size and CPU requirements and introduces compatibility issues, so be careful! Explanation: Setting the buffer size to zero disables the VBV system, allowing x264 to hit any bitrate necessary to achieve the quality (CRF) specified. If you wish to increase quality further, you need to use advanced options - quality 10 is equal to a CRF of 22, which is fine for live streams but not so good for local recording. For compatibility with various editing software, it's also recommended to enable CFR (advanced options) and do not use CRF 0. CRF 0 uses "High 444" mode which a lot of editing software (and some video players) cannot handle. For best results, set your output file format in broadcast settings to FLV. You can convert it to MP4 afterwards if you need to. Recording directly to MP4 is very risky, as if OBS or your PC crashes, the whole recording is useless. FLV on the other hand will keep everything up until the crash. HiHI,, First problem:I get the error "San Andreas cannot be found" San Andreas Multi-player is not a stand-alone program! It adds multi-player functionality to San Andreas, and thus you need GTA San Andreas for the PC - it also needs to be EU/US v1.0, other versions such as v2.0 or Steam and Direct2Drive versions will not work. Second: Single Player Loads instead of SA:MP YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO SEE THE SINGLE PLAYER OPTIONS (NEW GAME, LOAD GAME, ETC) - SA:MP SHOULD LOAD BY ITSELF AND NOT PRESENT THESE OPTIONS. IF YOU SEE "NEW GAME" SINGLE PLAYER HAS LOADED, NOT SAN ANDREAS MULTIPLAYER. Single player can load for 2 reasons - you have installed SA:MP to the wrong folder or you have the wrong version of San Andreas. If you have the wrong version it's easy to fix. . Click here to download the downgrade patch. Sometimes the single-player menu will be shown, but SA:MP will have in fact loaded properly. To fix this you simply need to select an item on the menu then press esc until you're out of it, then SA:MP will proceed to load. Third:Screen sticks at "Connecting to ip:port..." (Maybe not so smart if you like to have the monitor on.) Set your Visual FX quality to low. Continuously tapping Escape until the mouse responds again may also work, but it is not as neat a solution. Eighth:The file dinput8.dll is missing This is possibly arises when DirectX is not properly installed, try re-installing it - don't forget to restart your PC. If the problem still arises, just go at C:WindowsSystem32 and copy paste the dinput.dll file to the root directory of your GTA San Andreas. That would solve it. If your mouse seems to be frozen ingame while it (partially) works in the pause menu, then you should disable the multicore option sa-mp.cfg (set it to 0). Continuously tapping Escape until the mouse responds again may also work, but it is not as neat a solution.

Eighth:The file dinput8.dll is missing
This is possibly arises when DirectX is not properly installed, try re-installing it - don't forget to restart your PC. If the problem still arises, just go at C:WindowsSystem32 and copy paste the dinput.dll file to the root directory of your GTA San Andreas. That would solve it.

IF you're facing another problem that is not listed above,Please message me.
