You can claim a refund only when you meet the following conditions. 1. You have lost somethings because of server's fault. This doesn't include cases, where you lose something because of lags, connection problem, game crash or your own fault. 2. We only refund players, if the refund amount exceeds $100,000. 3. We will not refund players, who violated server rules or attempted to avoid some of the restrictions 4. If a new player, who has less than 100 hours of gaming time, loses something because of their own fault, we might refund them in some cases. In this case, new players can only be refunded once. In all other cases, we will NOT issue the refunds.
