I have problems with pay money on web, i take acc my brother and pay money with my paypal and i dont get money, acc my brother is desactivete and i cannot login! money lost and dont get on web, i wanna ask nice but he blocked me! and what me do? back my money or pay me this 4.00eur and idont know that problem with paypal! tell me your recvisit and i next time pay money you on card!

Your payments have been blocked for a long time now so obviously when you tried paying from a new account it would end up being blocked too. Try to follow the rules next time.

I from Ukraine and 4eur its good money for me in my country! i need this money back! idk that i have blocked paypal i think blocked web shop! And i need help with my paypal please! how i can pay money next time? (and please pay me my 4eur its big money for me, i lost it and need help from admins!
