i Contributed before 5mins with 500k by mistake i was going to Contribute with 50k but i did for one more zero it's only mistake how can i have my 450k ? Please Help

Refund policy by niCe : In this case you can get refund as you didn’t reach 100 hours gaming time

Refund policy by niCe :

“ You can claim a refund only when you meed the following conditions.

1. You have lost somethings because of server's fault. This doesn't include cases, where you lose something because of lags, connection problem, game crash or your own fault.

2. We only refund players, if the refund amount exceeds $100,000.

3. We will not refund players, who violated server rules or attempted to avoid some of the restrictions

4. If a new player, who has less than 100 hours of gaming time, loses something because of their own fault, we might refund them in some cases. In this case, new players can only be refunded once.

In all other cases, we will NOT issue the refunds.”

In this case you can get refund as you didn’t reach 100 hours gaming time

i have been conribute by mistake u don't understand ? i have only played till now 116hours it was only an extra 0 i swear it was by mistake ,the winner of the event was (Br0k3n_BoY)
