Muted for advertising organisation

I was muted by moderator Overd0se for advertising our in-game organisation Woozie Family in PM.
People including our CEO Eliza have advertised our organisation in main chat and not been muted.
Overd0se muted me for 30 minutes.
I can't see how I've broken any rule in /rules or https://www.gta-multiplayer.cz/en/topic/43056/ .

Moderator Overd0se disagrees that what I did was not advertising another server and muted me for a further hour. Maybe it was because I mentioned ********* server in organisation chat, but I don't think that is advertising, I think that is just telling my organisation about what happened which is important since the incident involves talking about the organisation.

Please refrain from impersonating a lawyer. Of course it is considered advertising even when in private messages, it doesn't really matter where you advertise the servers, advertising servers is forbidden in any form on our servers.
