Hi GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ players
I have bought a new laptop nearly 2 months ago and since that time I'm facing two main problems
First one:
When I first bought the laptop I installed the game on HDD drive but was surprised to see the game freezing for 1 second constantly during the first 5 minutes after turning the laptop on, and sometimes it did freeze even after that. For me, there is no proper reason why may this happen, especially with my laptop's specifications, what is surprising me more is I have never had such a problem with my 2011 PC :D
Second one:
The screen get freed from time to time while playing, at first I thought it's because of some defects on the laptop's hardware, but later I found out that the game just stops responding for no obvious reason, any idea what may have caused this to happen and some tips to solve it? Thanks in advance!

i had the same problem with my new laptop, and then i found the problem comes from my HDD that has 1TB -with 5400RPM, after checking some forums i got that my HDD should be with 7200RPM for a better use, after that i bought a new SSD and everythings working fine till now.
i recomend you to check ur hard disk's health using a program called CrystalDiskInfo it will show you many info also the status of your disk.
don't forget that the problem may comes from a random program that runs on the background while u're playing sa-mp, so keep checking the Task manager for that.
also i suggest you to update your drivers and install the latest windows update. (i had a high usage of cpu last week by the system, but after installing windows update my cpu becomes normal now)
i hope that helps you ;)

so Laptop's HDD are slower than PC HDD , because they are most of the times 5400 RPM instead of 7200 RPM , like you said your 2011 PC works better than your Laptop , Like D4ddy said that , buy a SSD , i got a SSD and i never face any kind of lag issues , even with 7200 RPM no problems at all , but sometimes when i used to play with my Laptop (which had 5400 RPM HDD) , whenever i took a screenshot the Game freezes for 20 seconds , well if you don't wanna spend much in SSD , you can pick a cheaper SSD with 120GB storage , for example WD Green M.2 , which will give an amazing feedback
Also , I saw you have some modifications in your Game files , try to play with a clean one and test if that lags or not , because when i used Modifications with my game files , my game used to freeze a lot , but no issues with clean file
Also tell us the Specifications of your laptop so we can assist you further more
Thanks for Reading , I hope this would helps you out !

No it's not related to some programs running in background, actually I'm facing this problem since I first downloaded the game, forgot to mention that I'm already having the game now installed on SSD and it's working fine except for the screen freezing problem
As I said above, this problem used to happen since the first day I used the laptop, when I hadn't used any modifications, so it's not related to this
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
RAM: 16 GB
Will like to, but it doesn't show for some reasons
Extra note: I have tried to play many games like Call Of Duty WWll, Metro exodus and many others which are originally installed on HDD and had no problem playing them, working smooth with high FPS, which make me wonder how I'm facing these problems with such an old game while the new games are working perfectly fine

“When you start up SAMP, just alt tab, open task manager and set gtasa.exe priority to highest. Works best for slow hdd.”
