When you message someone and they have a chat turned off with /chat, show the message "Player has turned off chat" the same how when they are AFK or muted "Player is AFK", "Player is muted".
Also, when you turn the chat back on, show "You have missed messages, type /messages to see them" the same like when you get a /pm when you're afk and then come back.

-When CEO posts new ledger all members should get notification even if they are offline(so after they log in they get notification)

Just like when people get killed too many times times they respawn in different hospital far away, when people get arrested, they should respawn in a different police station also.

I've noticed that some weapons are hard ,almost impossible to sell like Colt,shotgun and so on,I was thinking to make a Weapon Ache page on the Computer on which we will be able to sell those weapons,since ,let's be honest those weapons don't make any use one the server and we get them very often at Hidden packages.
If a police officer drops stingers on you and you're not a criminal he will instantly get wanted level like we get when we drop stingers on Police.

Remove shop cars from exporting car list like: fcr-900, slamvan, stafford etc. and change them to cars that can be found on the street
