I'm not so sure that's a good idea.. The financial system(congressmen) is blatantly screwing up our finances by increasing the amount of money/capital (VAT/Taxes) a player drops when he or she dies. Imagine dropping $9,000 each time someone kills you...I have not acquired any experience being a congressman but the tax expense(Fiscal Deficit) is way too high...Please...respect my opinion. I'ma start robbing the folks in Richman/Bayside cuz I aint going broke again .

Why do you complain, when there is an easy solution for that - avoid having high mental state?

Well yea true if you don't want to drop much cash then avoid killing normal players
