Poker glitch

https://imgur.com/a/8iTjDnf I have J/10 //// He have K/10 -> ON Table is (A /A ) one pair for both of us + 10 second pair for both of us but we not spliting..??? when there is two pair there is no mater what is in his hand high card or low card we both must split money cuz its not 1 pair its two pair!
I am mainly poker player on this server and there are glitches like this sometimes+ when i make screenshot automaticly says ''Server closing'' and i lost alot of money by that , i try reinstall game also not working.. I

On first picture u can see we both have Ace and 10 pair by logic we both have to split money but he wining thats the strange

About first photo you are wrong, you should learn poker rules at least before complaining or just simply google it:
About 2nd photo and "Server closing" it is your side problem, not servers, so we can't do nothing about it.
I am closing thread, if any admin want to add something they will unlock it.

If both players have identical two pairs, the player with the highest kicker wins.”About 2nd photo and "Server closing" it is your side problem, not servers, so we can't do nothing about it.
