Hello, i've recieved 500 mg from my friend Sankou7_ who won it from random package today. I joined a minigame and when the minigame ended all my weapons are gone, along with the mg. This happened around 14:14 to 14:16.

A bug occured to me many times during the Survival minigame where NPCs dont spawn, that happens mostly in the wave 3.
NB: I made sure that this is not caused by server lags or personal lags

You don't have to be cheating to get kicked by the Anticheat. It also kicks players for bad internet connection that causes a delay of sending back information to the A.C., and also lags can give you unfair advantage over other players (like not taking damage...). So we can say that the anticheat is totally fine & working good. It's you who should fix his connection.

Suggestion Add to /carinfo, the appropriate mod shops where this vehicle can be tuned.

I am almost 100% sure that this caused by internet problems not something else. I can't tell the exact problem, you should know better your own connection. Try fixing whatever occurred and you should be fine to play.

This is the refund Policy : I can see from your web profile that you have more than 400 hours, which doesnt make you a new player. Also, you didn't lose money because of server lags or whatever, it was totally your problem. Now, try to make a reasonable conclusion out of all of this.

Hello, You can check your purchases Here and make sure you've put the right server. If you see that you have already bought Skin ID 1, but can't find it in game, then admins will solve it.
