Another option would be is to source out a new cafe maybe, which doesn't have hoards of players playing/hacking samp or gta-mp.cz for that matter, then you wouldn't have to worry about someones actions effecting your game.

If you play from the same location, and someone cheats in that location whether it be at home or in a cafe, that place will have its access blocked and so will all the accounts from that location.

You will have to try and deter your brother from cheating in future, if you want to be safe yourself from his mistakes.

On another topic you where caught trying to share your password with another player, so he could play your account while you where away for 1 week i believe you said. This does not help your case either. As it clearly shows your not as legitimate as you would like to make out.

You where not moving when you where attacked by me and another player, perhaps away from your keyboard and you took a hail of shots directly at point blank.

You where unaware for some short period of time and when you where aware you drove off. This is where i froze you, i understand sometimes players don't take damage due to lag, so after you where frozen for further investigation, i came to and continued to shoot your player where he still has taken no damage.

So further more even if you where so laggy it made you invulnerable you should not be in the server.

If you can explain this with a legitimate reason i will consider to unban you.
