i cant play s4 and xslitt say that u need 0.3dl samp for it so i replaced this samp with r3 samp and when i start it not even launching and say can not detect samp version ... aborting , Can you help me ? please i wanted to play s4 soo much

You need to uninstall samp first, go to your samp client's directory and hit uninstall, then install the 0.3DL version of samp client and locate the gta sa directory, and launch with s4's IP; s4.gta-multiplayer.cz:7777

Take a look at this thread from the official SA-MP forum, the OP has solved the problem by reinstalling Windows while others have solved it by simply removing sampfuncs.asi from their GTA SA directory. If you google the error you will find more threads regarding the same problem which I cannot link here since they were created on the forums of other servers. Please read the whole thread carefully before taking drastic measures, good luck.

i Do all things as you said but when i start that previous problem fixed but when it start the game crashed and i tried in 5 servers i think my gta sa broken now i need to reinstall whole gta sa?

Player is banned for ban evade.
