Hello,just 2 weeks ago i faced this problem,but i just nvm that and try to connect to the server with Recconecting all the time until i succesfully joined the server with really high packetloss :V

Hello ,perhaps you entered the wrong Server adress,go here: https://www.gta-multiplayer.cz/en/game-servers/ Then click on the S3 servers adress and add it to favorites. If it still doesn't work,make sure that you're using 0.3.7 version of SAMP. Regards.

The solution to it is to find server 3 from "Internet" list and you need to find out WTLS 3 and you can join it from there if it's showing you 0/0 even when entered the correct IP. This problem usually occurs in favorite list only.
