you need to unlock your fps , try using Samp addon by checking the unlock fps option or the disable limit fps ,i dont remember the exact option(tbh idk if thats Ok and not bannable ,but you can ask before unlocking it) + with Realy smooth render settings . NOTE = the better your fps is = the smoother you can render .
