An easier method :
1) You need a Turismo for this and any other car

2) Sandwich the player between Turismo and the other car tightly make sure that he is facing at the same direction as the turismo and both are aligned in a straight line

3) Then get on top of the other car and stomp on the player and he will be on top of the hood of the turismo and then you can drive him anywhere you want
